Kelly McCoy is a Dallas-based television editor with over 15 years of professional credits on major network and cable series. A Marine Corps veteran and UC Irvine Film Studies graduate, he has edited for A&E, Animal Planet, Discovery, National Geographic, and Showtime — working across long-running primetime series, feature documentaries, and narrative film.
After more than a decade shaping stories for television, Kelly founded Surreal McCoy Productions to bring that same storytelling craft into a new medium. His debut project, Ask Dewey, is a conversation-first AI location companion for iOS — built on a simple conviction: every place has a story worth telling, and the best stories are the ones that find you.
